Do you want to change your working atmosphere?

Have you ever used the power of gratitude? If “YES” ,how do you stimulate it, optimize it, control and boost it?

There are 2 specific ways to do that:

  1. Motivate your people to start a gratitude diary or at least to spend a few minutes per day to notice the things they are thankful about in their lifespan.
  2. Use more often the word “Thank you” in your communication with your colleges.

There are some ideas, How to start your positive change trough the power of gratitude.

You can make a thankful box in which everyone can put a peace of paper with their own “thank you for…”. Even more effective way is to make a board or wall of gratitude in your office, so anyone can pin their “Thank you for…” on it.

The moment when people see their names on this wall and feel their contribution to the working process, knowing that their actions are valuable and admired in the company. Can you image the powerful effect over their motivation and engagement in this certain situations?

Interesting initiative is to hand out paper cards with already written “Thank to…for…”.

You can also to set up an initiative with the thyme of gratitude for example – day/week or month of Thankfulness.

Use the opportunity to invite a lecturer who can make training, workshops or interactive process of Appreciation.
